Job Summary
Perform personal care activities assisting patients with activities of daily living, including personal hygiene, ambulation, dressing, and transfers. Prepare meals and snacks according to instructions while accompanying patients on errands or medical appointments. Execute patient-specific tasks such as providing hospice supportive care, medication reminders, and prescribed range of motion exercises. Manage incontinence care and utilize lifting equipment like gait belts and Hoyer lifts for bed-bound patients. Perform light housekeeping activities as needed. Flexible scheduling with weekend shift differentials and weekly pay available.
