Job Summary
Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with all shoppers, embodying customer experience principles, and maintaining a clean, organized store environment. Adhere to operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards while accurately processing purchases, returns, and change. Support store recovery needs throughout the day and uphold merchandising philosophy by following established procedures. Participate in safety awareness, shrink reduction goals, and multi-tasking as duties are assigned. Work a flexible schedule to support business needs. Located at Homesense Store 2032 Mount Pleasant SC, this role offers a starting pay of $15.00 to $15.50 per hour.
Required Qualifications
- Possesses excellent customer service skills
- Able to work a flexible schedule to support business needs
- Possesses strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail
- Capable of multi-tasking
- Capable of lifting heavy objects with or without reasonable accommodation
