HomeSense Full Time Merchandise Coor

Opportunity to grow your career as a HomeSense Full Time Merchandise Coordinator. Responsible for executing receiving and merchandising standards, ensuring efficient processing, and maintaining an excellent customer experience. Role models strong customer service, trains and mentors Associates on merchandising principles, ensures items are properly tagged, hung, secured and coded, and coordinates with management to keep the flow of goods to the sales floor. Drives back-room organization, supports shrink reduction goals, adheres to labor laws and safety standards, and promotes store programs. Requires the ability to work a flexible schedule (including nights and weekends), strong communication and organizational skills, multi-tasking, teamwork, and lifting heavy objects.
