Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with customers, upholding customer experience principles, and maintaining a clean, organized store environment. Role may be cross-trained to support multiple areas of the store; responsibilities include accurately ringing purchases/returns, counting change, promoting credit and loyalty programs, processing merchandise for the sales floor, participating in store recovery, maintaining safety and cleanliness, supporting shrink reduction goals, and contributing to a positive store culture with honesty and respect. Requires strong communication and organizational skills, ability to multitask, flexible schedule, and the physical capability to lift heavy objects; prior retail customer experience is preferred.
