Job Summary
Deliver a high-quality customer experience in a TJX Homesense environment, engaging with customers, maintaining a clean and organized store, and supporting store operations across areas as needed. Responsibilities include accurately ringing purchases and returns, promoting credit and loyalty programs, upholding merchandising standards, processing merchandise for the floor, participating in store recovery, ensuring cleanliness and safety, and adhering to labor laws and loss-prevention procedures. Requires strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills, ability to multi-task, adaptability to changes, and the physical capability to lift heavy objects.
