Job Summary
Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with customers, promoting credit and loyalty programs, accurately ringing purchases/returns, maintaining a clean and organized store, and supporting store recovery and loss-prevention standards. Cross-training across store areas, contributing to merchandising procedures, and adapting to changing directions while maintaining safety and adherence to labor policies and procedures. Emphasis on customer service, communication, organization, and teamwork to support business needs at a North Wales, PA Homesense location.
