Job Summary
Maintain cleanliness of resort property by cleaning vacation homes, guest rooms, and other work areas to Sunriver Resort standards. Sanitize all designated areas, change soiled linens, make beds per protocol, and wash windows, walls, woodwork, blinds, basins, mirrors, commodes, tubs, floors, and showers. Operate mechanized cleaning equipment such as vacuums and keep housekeeping caddies stocked and orderly. Remove trash and waste to disposal containers while following lost and found procedures. Monitor for safety issues like broken glass or electrical hazards and report incidents immediately. Report needed repairs for leaks, loose tile, or broken fixtures to the supervisor. Work in a team environment with a flexible schedule that may include evenings, weekends, and holidays.

- Must always ensure a teamwork environment
- Must have basic knowledge of chemicals and their uses
- Ability to work a flexible schedule that may include evenings, weekends and holidays
Desired Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior housekeeping/custodial experience preferred
- Prior hospitality experience preferred
- At least one year's customer service experience preferred
