Job Summary
As a Homes.com New Construction Sales Executive, you will partner with data, product, and marketing teams to sell digital advertising solutions to new home construction clients within your assigned territory. The role requires in-person client visits and travel up to 50% with in-office work when not traveling. You will develop strategic relationships with national, regional, and local home builders, conduct in-person and virtual calls, demonstrate the value of Homes.com, collaborate with the internal data team, and strive to meet and exceed monthly goals while delivering outstanding customer support.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required from an accredited, not-for-profit, in-person college/university
- 5+ years of experience in a B2B digital sales role or in Real Estate Sales, preferably new home construction
- Proven track record of success in a sales environment, meeting sales targets and all KPIs
- Experience managing and growing customer relationships through the entire customer life cycle
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of commitment with prior employers
- Current and valid driver's license
- Satisfactory completion of a Driving Record/Driving Abstract check prior to start
- Driving history must reflect responsible driving behavior and compliance with traffic laws
