Homeowner (HOA) Support Specialist

Job Summary
HOA Support Specialist handles incoming inquiries from residents, board members, managers, and vendors, resolves account questions, complaints, errors, and billing, and documents resolutions in systems. Collaborates with property managers, regional directors, and internal departments to ensure timely issue resolution, maintains and closes homeowner service tickets in Vantaca, and supports move in/out scheduling, clubhouse/party room reservations, resale documents, and other homeowner requests. Requires effective communication, strong organizational and problem-solving skills, proficiency with Windows and Microsoft Office, ability to work cross-functionally, and a high level of professionalism and ethical conduct. Education: High School diploma or GED; Experience: 2+ years of customer service experience in a service industry setting. Physical requirements include ability to lift up to 35 pounds and extended computer use. Location: Orlando, FL, US (onsite).
