Seeking compassionate Homemaker/Housekeeper to support individuals with disabilities through direct care, including laundry, cleaning, and meal preparation.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to pass a MN Dept of Human Services background check
- Have not been excluded from participating in Federal or State Healthcare Programs
- Ability to complete Orientation online or a combination of in-person and online
- Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and stoop down to clean
- Must be able to exert up to 40 pounds of force to move objects
- An open mind and a caring demeanor
