HomeGoods Retail Supervisor

Role: HomeGoods Retail Supervisor overseeing receiving and merchandising standards; ensures efficient processing of merchandise, engages customers for an excellent experience, and trains/mentors associates on merchandising principles. Responsibilities include orchestrating truck deliveries, proper tagging/hanging/coding of merchandise, coordinating flow with the Coordinator on Duty, driving store plan adherence, coaching productivity, organizing back stock, maintaining signage and cleanliness standards, and adherence to safety and labor policies. Requires ability to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends; must be a team player with strong communication and organizational skills; capable of lifting heavy objects and training others. Benefits are included; starting pay is $14.00–$14.50 per hour. Location: Southlake, TX (USA) with in-store duties.
