Job Summary
As a HomeGoods Retail Merchandise Associate, you’ll deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with customers, processing purchases, maintaining a clean and organized sales floor, and supporting store operations. You may be cross-trained to work in multiple areas, promote credit and loyalty programs, uphold merchandising standards, prepare merchandise for the floor, participate in store recovery, and assist with safety and loss prevention initiatives. Strong customer service, communication, organization, and multitasking abilities are needed to adapt to changes in direction and to collaborate with peers and supervisors. The role involves handling transactions, providing helpful assistance to guests, and contributing to a positive store culture through honesty and respect. Benefits and a competitive pay range are available. The starting pay range is $15.00 to $15.50 per hour, with eligibility for the standard TJX benefits package.
