Job Summary
Coordinate domestic charge point installations across your designated region by planning schedules that account for installer availability and customer commitments. Act as the first point of contact for all domestic operation enquiries, managing phone lines to respond to scheduling, progress, and technical queries with accuracy. Build and maintain relationships with local installers to optimise regional capacity, route planning, and travel times. Proactively communicate changes to customers to uphold trust and exceptional care. Requires experience balancing multiple projects, making quick decisions under pressure, and comfort with electrical jargon and data. Required Qualifications
- Experience balancing and prioritising multiple projects simultaneously
- Able to remain calm under pressure and make super quick decisions to solve any problems that may arise
- Technically minded and able to pick up electrical jargon and systems easily
- Great at building relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
- Comfortable working with numbers and data
- You must have the legal right to work in the UK
