Job Summary
Conduct residential repair, maintenance, warranty, and small improvement services while delivering an exceptional client experience. Perform a broad range of tasks including diagnosis, solution recommendation, and completion in accordance with quality standards and codes. Use JobTread and mobile technology to review project information, record clear notes, photographs, and documentation of findings and client decisions. Communicate promptly with the Production Specialist for support, confirm client priorities before beginning work, and explain findings, options, and next steps in clear language. Maintain a clean work area, protect client property, and represent the company respectfully in every home. Partner closely with the Production Specialist, accept feedback, and contribute ideas for continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver's license
- Acceptable driving record
- Ability to safely perform the physical requirements associated with residential construction and service work
- Appropriate hand tools for the role
Desired Qualifications
- At least five years of residential construction, remodeling, repair, or maintenance experience
- Journey-level or lead carpenter-level knowledge and abilities across a broad range of residential construction and repair
- Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to evaluate unfamiliar conditions thoughtfully
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and make sound field decisions
- Strong client communication skills and genuine interest in helping homeowners
- Ability to explain technical information clearly and respectfully
- Dependable attendance, organization, and follow-through
- Comfort using tablets, mobile applications, photographs, and digital project documentation
