Job Summary
Homecare Support Specialist serves as the initial contact for participants seeking Consultation Services, guiding all parties through intake and connecting participants with their assigned Consultation Advisor. Responsibilities include educating participants and agencies on consultation services, reviewing assessments, accurately entering Participant information to manage databases, scheduling intake meetings, maintaining program documentation, coordinating service delivery with the team and providers, explaining complex concepts in writing and verbally, and ensuring HIPAA/ADA compliance. Must demonstrate strong communication, organization, problem-solving, and data-entry skills; able to work as part of a collaborative team and handle multiple tasks while meeting deadlines. Location: Minnetonka, MN; Hours: Full-time, Monday–Friday; Compensation: $20-$22/hour.
Required Qualifications
- One year of in person or phone-based customer service experience required.
- Associates degree preferred.
