Job Summary
Oversee services provided to individuals in their own homes and communities, ensuring employees deliver care in a respectful manner while assisting with activities of daily living, housecleaning, meal preparation, and transportation. Manage staff to comply with IDoA regulations, Electronic Visit Verification (EVV), and HIPAA confidentiality standards. Requires a high school diploma, current driver's license, and 1-3 years of home care experience with 1-2 years supervising. Full-time role with quarterly bonuses and holiday pay; benefits include health, dental, vision, PTO, and pet insurance.
Required Qualifications
- High school graduate or equivalent
- Current driver's license
- Proper Vehicle Insurance Coverage
