Job Summary
Evaluate, diagnose, and treat disorders of speech, language, cognitive communication, voice, and swallowing for patients. Consult, educate, and train patients, families, and caregivers while collaborating with care teams to deliver quality, patient-centered services. Adhere to system and regulatory guidelines for documentation, billing, and working hours, and participate in patient care conferences, interdisciplinary meetings, and continuous improvement initiatives. Mentor students and new hires, promote Intermountain Health values, and meet established productivity standards. Requires a Master's degree, current licensure, and BLS certification. Located in Heber City, Utah, with 12 weekly hours and an hourly range of $43.09 to $66.47.
Required Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Communication Disorders/Speech Language Pathology or equivalent
- Current licensure in state of practice
- Basic Life Support (BLS) for healthcare providers
- If driving is required, current driver's license, insured, reliable transportation, and acceptable driving record
Desired Qualifications
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competency (CCC) Preferred
