Job Summary
Evaluate, diagnose, and treat disorders of speech, language, cognitive communication, voice, and swallowing. Consult, educate, and train patients, families, and caregivers while collaborating with care teams to deliver patient-centered services. Provide skilled clinical services utilizing evidence-based practices, maintain regulatory compliance for documentation and billing, and participate in mentoring students and new hires. Engage in interdisciplinary meetings, continuous improvement initiatives, and continuing education to meet productivity standards. Requires a Master's degree, current licensure, and BLS certification. Located in Heber City, Utah, with 12 weekly hours at a rate of $43.09 to $66.47.
Required Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Communication Disorders/Speech Language Pathology or equivalent
- Current licensure in state of practice
- Basic Life Support (BLS) for healthcare providers
- If driving is required, current driver's license, insured, reliable transportation, and acceptable driving record

- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competency (CCC) Preferred
