Job Summary
Evaluate, diagnose, and treat disorders of speech, language, cognitive communication, voice, and swallowing while consulting, educating, and training patients, families, and caregivers. Collaborate with care teams to deliver patient-centered services, maintain effective communication with stakeholders, and participate in interdisciplinary meetings and continuous improvement initiatives. Mentor students and new hires, promote continuing education, and comply with system regulatory requirements for documentation and billing. Work 12 weekly hours in Heber City, Utah, earning $43.09–$66.47 hourly. Requires a Master's degree in Communication Disorders/Speech Language Pathology, current licensure, and Basic Life Support certification.
Required Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Communication Disorders/Speech Language Pathology or equivalent
- Current licensure in state of practice
- Basic Life Support (BLS) for healthcare providers
- If driving is required, current driver's license, insured, reliable transportation, and acceptable driving record
