Job Summary
Evaluate, diagnose, and treat disorders of speech, language, cognitive communication, voice, and swallowing for patients and caregivers. Provide skilled clinical services using evidence-based practices while consulting, educating, and training families. Collaborate with care teams to deliver patient-centered outcomes and participate in interdisciplinary meetings and continuous improvement initiatives. Comply with regulatory documentation and billing standards, maintain effective relationships with stakeholders, and mentor students and new hires. Work 12 weekly hours in Heber, Utah, as a Homecare Speech Language Pathologist.
Required Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Communication Disorders/Speech Language Pathology or equivalent
- Current licensure in state of practice
- Basic Life Support (BLS) for healthcare providers
- If driving is required, current driver's license, insured, reliable transportation, and acceptable driving record
Desired Qualifications
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competency (CCC) Preferred
