Job Summary
Evaluate, diagnose, and treat disorders of speech, language, cognitive communication, voice, and swallowing for patients in Heber City. Consult, educate, and train patients, families, and caregivers while collaborating with care teams to deliver quality, patient-centered care. Provide skilled clinical services utilizing evidence-based practices, maintain effective communication with stakeholders, and participate in interdisciplinary meetings and continuous improvement initiatives. Mentor students and new hires, promote continuing education, and comply with regulatory requirements for documentation and billing.
Required Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Communication Disorders/Speech Language Pathology or equivalent
- Current licensure in state of practice
- Basic Life Support (BLS) for healthcare providers
- If driving is required, current driver's license, insured, reliable transportation, and acceptable driving record
Desired Qualifications
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competency (CCC) Preferred
