Job Summary
Conduct evaluations, diagnoses, and treatment for speech, language, cognitive communication, voice, and swallowing disorders. Deliver patient-centered care by educating and training patients, families, and caregivers while collaborating with care teams. Provide skilled clinical services utilizing evidence-based practices, maintain regulatory compliance for documentation and billing, and participate in mentoring students and new hires. Engage in interdisciplinary meetings and continuous improvement initiatives within the Intermountain Operating Model. Maintain effective communication with peers and stakeholders, promote continuing education, and meet established productivity standards. Requires a Master's degree, current licensure, BLS certification, and ability to work 12 weekly hours in Heber, Utah.
Required Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Communication Disorders/Speech Language Pathology or equivalent
- Current licensure in state of practice
- Basic Life Support (BLS) for healthcare providers
- If driving is required, current driver's license, insured, reliable transportation, and acceptable driving record
Desired Qualifications
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competency (CCC) Preferred
