Job Summary
Evaluate, diagnose, and treat disorders of speech, language, cognitive communication, voice, and swallowing while consulting with patients, families, and caregivers. Collaborate with care teams to deliver quality, patient-centered services using evidence-based practices and appropriate service intensity. Comply with system requirements for documentation, billing, and working hours while maintaining effective communication with internal and external stakeholders. Participate in patient care conferences, mentoring students, and continuous improvement initiatives within the Intermountain Operating Model. This 12-hour weekly role in Heber City, Utah, supports Intermountain Health's mission through skilled clinical care and professional development.
Required Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Communication Disorders/Speech Language Pathology or equivalent
- Current licensure in state of practice
- Basic Life Support (BLS) for healthcare providers
- If driving is required, current driver's license, insured, reliable transportation, and acceptable driving record
Desired Qualifications
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competency (CCC) Preferred
