Job Summary
Evaluate, diagnose, and treat disorders of speech, language, cognitive communication, voice, and swallowing while consulting with patients, families, and caregivers. Collaborate with care teams to deliver patient-centered services, maintain documentation and billing compliance, and participate in interdisciplinary meetings and continuous improvement initiatives. Mentor students and new hires, promote continuing education, and meet established productivity standards within the Intermountain Operating Model. Requires a Master's degree, current licensure, and BLS certification.
Required Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Communication Disorders/Speech Language Pathology or equivalent
- Current licensure in state of practice
- Basic Life Support (BLS) for healthcare providers
- If driving is required, current driver's license, insured, reliable transportation, and acceptable driving record
Desired Qualifications
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competency (CCC) Preferred
