Job Summary
Evaluate, diagnose, and treat disorders of speech, language, cognitive communication, voice, and swallowing for patients. Consult, educate, and train patients, families, and caregivers while collaborating with care teams to deliver quality, patient-centered care. Provide skilled clinical services utilizing evidence-based practices and participate in patient care conferences and interdisciplinary meetings. Comply with system and regulatory requirements for documentation, billing, and working hours, and maintain effective communication with all stakeholders. This role supports the Intermountain Health mission and values within the Home Services team in Heber City, Utah.
Required Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Communication Disorders/Speech Language Pathology or equivalent
- Current licensure in state of practice
- Basic Life Support (BLS) for healthcare providers
- If driving is required, current driver's license, insured, reliable transportation, and acceptable driving record
Desired Qualifications
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competency (CCC) Preferred
