Job Summary
Evaluate, diagnose, and treat disorders of speech, language, cognitive communication, voice, and swallowing while consulting with patients, families, and caregivers. Collaborate with care teams to deliver patient-centered services, participate in interdisciplinary meetings, and mentor students or new hires. Maintain compliance with system guidelines for documentation, billing, and working hours while promoting continuous improvement initiatives. Requires a Master's degree in Communication Disorders, current licensure, and Basic Life Support certification. Located in Heber, Utah, with 12 weekly hours and an hourly range of $43.09 to $66.47.
Required Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Communication Disorders/Speech Language Pathology or equivalent
- Current licensure in state of practice
- Basic Life Support (BLS) for healthcare providers
- If driving is required, current driver's license, insured, reliable transportation, and acceptable driving record
Desired Qualifications
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competency (CCC) Preferred
