Job Summary
Evaluate, diagnose, and treat disorders of speech, language, cognitive communication, voice, and swallowing for patients in Heber City. Consult, educate, and train patients, families, and caregivers while collaborating with care teams to deliver quality, patient-centered services. Provide skilled clinical services utilizing evidence-based practices and maintain effective communication with peers and stakeholders. Participate in mentoring students, interdisciplinary meetings, and continuous improvement initiatives within the Intermountain Operating Model. Comply with regulatory requirements for documentation, billing, and working hours, meeting established productivity standards. Maintain current licensure, BLS certification, and CCC, and engage in continuing education to support professional growth.
Required Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Communication Disorders/Speech Language Pathology or equivalent
- Current licensure in state of practice
- Basic Life Support (BLS) for healthcare providers
- If driving is required, current driver's license, insured, reliable transportation, and acceptable driving record
Desired Qualifications
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competency (CCC) Preferred
