Job Summary
Evaluate, diagnose, and treat disorders of speech, language, cognitive communication, voice, and swallowing while consulting, educating, and training patients, families, and caregivers. Collaborate with care teams and stakeholders to deliver patient-centered services, ensuring compliance with system, regulatory, and documentation requirements. Maintain effective relationships with peers and participate in patient care conferences, interdisciplinary meetings, and continuous improvement initiatives. Mentor students and new hires, promote continuing education, and meet established productivity standards. Located in Heber City, Utah, this 12-hour weekly role requires a Master's degree in Communication Disorders, current licensure, and BLS certification.
Required Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Communication Disorders/Speech Language Pathology or equivalent
- Current licensure in state of practice
- Basic Life Support (BLS) for healthcare providers
- If driving is required, current driver's license, insured, reliable transportation, and acceptable driving record
Desired Qualifications
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competency (CCC) Preferred
