Job Summary
Evaluate, diagnose, and treat disorders of speech, language, cognitive communication, voice, and swallowing for patients in the Heber City home services area. Provide skilled clinical services utilizing evidence-based practices, consult with families and caregivers, and collaborate with care teams to deliver patient-centered outcomes. Maintain effective communication with stakeholders, participate in interdisciplinary meetings and continuous improvement initiatives, and mentor students and new hires. Comply with system regulatory requirements for documentation, billing, and working hours while meeting established productivity standards. Requires a Master's degree in Communication Disorders, current licensure, and Basic Life Support certification.
Required Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Communication Disorders/Speech Language Pathology or equivalent
- Current licensure in state of practice
- Basic Life Support (BLS) for healthcare providers
- If driving is required, current driver's license, insured, reliable transportation, and acceptable driving record
Desired Qualifications
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competency (CCC) Preferred
