Job Summary
Evaluate, diagnose, and treat disorders of speech, language, cognitive communication, voice, and swallowing for patients in Heber City. Provide skilled clinical services using evidence-based practices while consulting, educating, and training patients, families, and caregivers. Collaborate with care teams and stakeholders to deliver patient-centered care, participate in interdisciplinary meetings, and mentor students and new hires. Comply with system regulatory requirements for documentation, billing, and working hours, and meet established productivity standards. Maintain effective communication with internal and external stakeholders while promoting Intermountain Health's mission and values.
Required Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Communication Disorders/Speech Language Pathology or equivalent
- Current licensure in state of practice
- Basic Life Support (BLS) for healthcare providers
- If driving is required, current driver's license, insured, reliable transportation, and acceptable driving record
Desired Qualifications
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competency (CCC) Preferred
