Job Summary
Evaluate, diagnose, and treat disorders of speech, language, cognitive communication, voice, and swallowing for patients. Provide skilled clinical services using evidence-based practices while consulting, educating, and training patients, families, and caregivers. Collaborate with care teams to deliver patient-centered care and participate in interdisciplinary meetings and continuous improvement initiatives. Mentors students and new hires, maintains regulatory compliance for documentation and billing, and promotes Intermountain Health values. Requires a Master's degree, current licensure, and BLS certification. Located in Heber City, Utah, with 12 weekly hours at $43.09–$66.47 hourly.
Required Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Communication Disorders/Speech Language Pathology or equivalent
- Current licensure in state of practice
- Basic Life Support (BLS) for healthcare providers
- If driving is required, current driver's license, insured, reliable transportation, and acceptable driving record
Desired Qualifications
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competency (CCC) Preferred
