Job Summary
Evaluate, diagnose, and treat disorders of speech, language, cognitive communication, voice, and swallowing for patients and their families. Provide skilled clinical services utilizing evidence-based practices while consulting, educating, and training caregivers. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver patient-centered care and participate in continuous improvement initiatives. Mentors students and new hires, and contributes to patient care conferences and staff meetings. Complies with system regulatory requirements for documentation, billing, and working hours. Located in Heber City, Utah, this 12-hour weekly role offers an hourly range of $43.09 to $66.47. Requires a Master's degree in Communication Disorders/Speech Language Pathology, current state licensure, and BLS certification.
Required Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Communication Disorders/Speech Language Pathology or equivalent
- Current licensure in state of practice
- Basic Life Support (BLS) for healthcare providers
- If driving is required, current driver's license, insured, reliable transportation, and acceptable driving record
Desired Qualifications
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competency (CCC) Preferred
