Job Summary
Evaluate, diagnose, and treat disorders of speech, language, cognitive communication, voice, and swallowing for patients in Heber City. Consult, educate, and train patients, families, and caregivers while collaborating with care teams to deliver patient-centered services. Adhere to system and regulatory requirements for documentation, billing, and working hours. Maintain effective communication with peers, patients, and stakeholders. Participate in mentoring students and new hires, patient care conferences, and interdisciplinary meetings. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the Intermountain Operating Model. Promote Intermountain Health's mission, vision, and values. Maintain current licensure, BLS certification, and CCC preference. Work 12 weekly hours at $43.09 - $66.47 hourly.
Required Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Communication Disorders/Speech Language Pathology or equivalent
- Current licensure in state of practice
- Basic Life Support (BLS) for healthcare providers
- If driving is required, current driver's license, insured, reliable transportation, and acceptable driving record
Desired Qualifications
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competency (CCC) Preferred
