Job Summary
Evaluate, diagnose, and treat disorders of speech, language, cognitive communication, voice, and swallowing for patients. Consult, educate, and train patients, families, and caregivers while collaborating with care teams to deliver quality, patient-centered care. Provide skilled clinical services utilizing evidence-based practices and maintain effective communication with peers and stakeholders. Participate in mentoring students, patient care conferences, and continuous improvement initiatives under the Intermountain Operating Model. Complete 12 weekly hours at the Heber City location with a salary range of $43.09 to $66.47 hourly.
Required Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Communication Disorders/Speech Language Pathology or equivalent
- Current licensure in state of practice
- Basic Life Support (BLS) for healthcare providers
- If driving is required, current driver's license, insured, reliable transportation, and acceptable driving record
Desired Qualifications
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competency (CCC) Preferred
