Job Summary
Schedule caregivers with clients and communicate updates to all parties while maintaining confidentiality in scheduling software. Confirm caregiver availability for vacations, sick time, and holidays, then document skills and attributes to ensure strong client matching. Respond to schedule questions, update the office team on recruitment needs, and follow up with new hires to explain the scheduling process. Maintain computer schedules and ensure timely data entry for clients and caregivers. Full-time role in Piscataway, NJ, with competitive pay, PTO, and referral bonuses. Required Qualifications
- High School graduate or equivalent
- National Background check

- CHHA IS A PLUS!!!
- Scheduling experience preferred
- Home care and administrative work experience preferred
- Strong interpersonal and phone skills
- Ability to multi-task and work well under time pressure
- Positive, friendly attitude and ability to work well in a close-team environment
