Job Summary
Staffing Coordinator responsible for scheduling caregivers (PCA, CNA, LPN, RN) to meet physician- and payer-authorized hours, collaborating with the Nurse Supervisor to assess client medical needs and preferences, ensuring accurate entry of sessions in the electronic health record for payroll and billing, and serving as the central communications hub among caregivers, clients, families, and program leadership. Requires coordinating with regulatory standards, maintaining training documentation, resolving last-minute changes, and ensuring continuous, uninterrupted care while leveraging Google productivity tools and electronic scheduling systems.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma
- Two (2) years of related work experience
- Experience with Google productivity suite or equivalent software
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively across in-person, telephone, email, and text
- Ability to multi-task, set priorities, meet deadlines
- Attention to detail and strong coordination and analytical skills
- Competence in writing, planning, organization and documentation
- Knowledge of scheduling caregiver staff and managing client needs
- Familiarity with electronic scheduling systems
- Understanding of HIPAA and confidentiality requirements
- Experience with electronic health records and payroll/billing processes
