Job Summary
Maintain the homecare, holiday, on-call, and weekend schedule for CENA/PCA staff using PACECare 365 software. Communicate with participant care managers regarding pick-ups and trades, and coordinate with aide staffing on care needs and scheduling concerns. Maintain service notes in the EMAR system and work with contracted agencies to secure in-home staffing. Demonstrate active participation in quality improvement processes through chart reviews. May assist in participant homes when staff is needed. Full-time role with 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday from 8am to 4:30pm.
Required Qualifications
- Prior Scheduling experience for a home based healthcare model
- Must be able to read, write, speak and understand the English language and follow written and oral instructions
- Must be CPR certified or willing to obtain
- At least one (1) year of experience working with the elderly
