Job Summary
Provide skilled nursing care in accordance with medical practitioner orders and the client's care plan, including medication administration, emergency intervention, and specialized pediatric services such as tracheostomy care, ventilator management, and tube feedings. Maintain client orders, document all changes in the medical record, and collaborate with the care team to coordinate services. Ensure personal safety and compliance with Agency policies, payor standards, and the Nurse Practice Act while attending requested meetings. Requires current RN license, CPR certification, and a licensed driver's license.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing
- Current license to practice as an RN in the state of operation
- Current CPR certification
- Demonstrated written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Licensed driver with automobile insured in accordance with state and/or Agency requirements
