Job Summary
Develop and coordinate patient care plans for infants through geriatrics while managing daily schedules, vitals checks, and medicine reconciliation. Conduct assessments, document interventions, and communicate findings to families regarding patient changes. Supervise CNA services, make calls to explain treatment adjustments, and serve as an active member of the interdisciplinary group. Maintain full compliance with the Nurse Practice Act and organizational policies while delivering quality care within a 30-mile radius of the Asheboro, NC office.

- Residency within a 30-mile radius of the Asheboro, NC office
