Job Summary
Provide dedicated, one-on-one pediatric home health nursing care for high-acuity patients, focusing fully on the child and family without juggling multiple alarms or interruptions. Deliver skilled nursing in a calm environment while utilizing clear care plans and physician orders to guide clinical judgment. Maintain patient safety through PPE compliance with CDC guidelines and utilize 24/7 on-call clinical support for assistance. Requires current active Florida RN license, BLS CPR certification, and experience or willingness to train in G-tube, trach, or ventilator care. Eligible candidates may qualify for a $2,500 sign-on bonus.
Required Qualifications
- Current, active Florida RN license
- Current BLS CPR card (obtained in-person, not online)
- G-tube, trach, vent experience, or willing to train
- TB Skin Test (PPD) or TB Blood Test (QF)
- Alzheimer's training - 2 Hour DOEA Approved Course (provided at no cost if needed)
- Hour DOEA Alzheimer's Video (provided free of cost on DOEA website)
