Job Summary
Provide dedicated, one-on-one nursing care for pediatric patients with high acuity needs in the home setting. Deliver skilled nursing using clinical judgment with confidence while building consistent relationships with children and their families. Maintain clear care plans and physician orders, utilizing respiratory therapists for training and mentorship on high-acuity procedures. Adhere to CDC safety guidelines with provided PPE and complete required screenings, including TB testing and BLS CPR certification. This role offers weekly pay, PTO, and flexible scheduling for an RN seeking focused practice with autonomy and full clinical support.
Required Qualifications
- Current, active Florida RN license
- Current BLS CPR card (obtained in-person, not online)
- G-tube, trach, vent experience, or willing to train
- TB Skin Test (PPD) or TB Blood Test (QF)
- Alzheimer's training - 2 Hour DOEA Approved Course (provided at no cost if needed)
- Hour DOEA Alzheimer's Video (provided free of cost on DOEA website)
