Job Summary
Provide dedicated, one-on-one nursing care for pediatric patients with high acuity needs in the home. Manage G-tube, trach, and vent care while building consistent relationships with children and families. Utilize clear care plans and physician orders to deliver skilled nursing in a controlled environment with 24/7 clinical support. Maintain CDC-aligned safety protocols using provided PPE. Requires a current, active Texas RN license, BLS CPR card, and experience or willingness to train in specified procedures. Weekly pay, PTO, and comprehensive benefits included.
