Job Summary
Provide dedicated, one-on-one pediatric home health nursing care for patients with high acuity needs, focusing fully on the child and family without juggling multiple patients or constant interruptions. Deliver skilled nursing using clinical judgment with confidence, supported by 24/7 clinical assistance and respiratory therapists for training and mentorship. Manage clear care plans and physician orders while adhering to CDC safety guidelines with PPE provided in every home. Maintain an active Colorado RN license, current BLS CPR card, and experience or willingness to train in G-tube, trach, or vent care. Earn $34.00-$42.00 per hour with weekly pay, PTO, and flexible scheduling.
Required Qualifications

- G-tube, trach, vent experience, or willing to train
- TB Skin Test (PPD) or TB Blood Test (QF)
