Job Summary
Provide dedicated, one-on-one care for pediatric patients with high acuity needs, including trach, vent, and G-tube management, in a controlled home environment. Utilize clinical judgment to deliver skilled nursing while maintaining consistent relationships with the child and family. Access 24/7 clinical support, clear care plans, and physician orders through an easy-to-use employee portal to manage shifts and stay connected. Receive comprehensive training and mentorship from respiratory therapists, along with PPE and CDC-aligned safety protocols provided in every home. This role offers weekly pay, direct deposit, and a $2,500 sign-on bonus for eligible candidates, emphasizing autonomy and focused care without patient juggling.
Required Qualifications
- Current, active Florida RN license
- Current BLS CPR card (obtained in-person, not online)
- G-tube, trach, vent experience, or willing to train
- TB Skin Test (PPD) or TB Blood Test (QF)
- Alzheimer's training - 2 Hour DOEA Approved Course (provided at no cost if needed)
- Hour DOEA Alzheimer's Video (provided free of cost on DOEA website)
