Job Summary
Provide dedicated, one-on-one pediatric home health nursing care for high-acuity patients, focusing fully on the child and family without juggling multiple patients or constant interruptions. Deliver skilled nursing with confidence using clear care plans and physician orders, supported by 24/7 clinical assistance and respiratory therapists for training and mentorship. Maintain PPE compliance with CDC safety guidelines while managing G-tube, trach, or vent needs, or pursue training in these areas. This role offers a $1,000 sign-on bonus, weekly pay, and flexible scheduling for eligible candidates in New Jersey.
Required Qualifications
- Valid New Jersey RN License or Multistate License
- Physical from within three years
- TB Skin Test (PPD)or TB Blood Test (QF)
- Valid BLS CPR card (obtained in person not online)
- Valid driver's license
- G-tube, trach, vent experience or willing to train
