Job Summary
Provide dedicated, one-on-one care for pediatric patients with high acuity needs in the home, focusing fully on the child and family while utilizing clinical judgment with confidence. Manage care plans, physician orders, and competency development for skills such as G-tube, trach, and vent management. Maintain CDC-aligned safety protocols using provided PPE and utilize 24/7 clinical support and a dedicated team for guidance. Requires a current, active Florida RN license, BLS CPR card, and TB testing. Weekly pay, PTO, and flexible scheduling available.
Required Qualifications
- Current, active Florida RN license
- Current BLS CPR card (obtained in-person, not online)
- G-tube, trach, vent experience, or willing to train
- TB Skin Test (PPD) or TB Blood Test (QF)
- Alzheimer's training - 2 Hour DOEA Approved Course (provided at no cost if needed)
- Hour DOEA Alzheimer's Video (provided free of cost on DOEA website)
