Job Summary
Provide dedicated, one-on-one pediatric home health nursing for high-acuity patients in the home setting, enabling focus on clinical judgment, autonomy, and continuity of care with support from on-call clinical teams. Deliver skilled nursing aligned with physician orders in a calm, controlled environment; work closely with families to build consistent relationships; maintain PPE and safety per CDC guidelines; participate in ongoing training and competency development; preferred experience with pediatric home health needs (e.g., G-tube, trach, vent) and willingness to train.
Required Qualifications
- Current, active Colorado RN license
- Current BLS CPR card (in-person)
- G-tube, trach, vent experience, or willing to train
- TB Skin Test (PPD) or TB Blood Test (QF)
- Ability to provide dedicated, one-on-one pediatric home health nursing
