Job Summary
Conduct one-on-one pediatric home health care for high-acuity patients, utilizing clinical judgment in a calm, controlled environment. Manage dedicated relationships with children and families while adhering to clear care plans and physician orders. Maintain safety protocols by utilizing provided PPE aligned with CDC guidelines and accessing 24/7 clinical support. Requires current Florida RN license, BLS CPR certification, and experience or willingness to train in G-tube, trach, or vent care. Includes weekly pay, PTO, and comprehensive training with respiratory therapist mentorship.
Required Qualifications
- Current, active Florida RN license
- Current BLS CPR card (obtained in-person, not online)
- G-tube, trach, vent experience, or willing to train
- TB Skin Test (PPD) or TB Blood Test (QF)
Desired Qualifications
- Alzheimer's training - 2 Hour DOEA Approved Course (provided at no cost if needed)
- Hour DOEA Alzheimer's Video (provided free of cost on DOEA website)
