Job Summary
Provide dedicated, one-on-one care for pediatric patients with high acuity needs in the home, focusing fully on the child and family while applying clinical judgment. Deliver skilled nursing for conditions such as G-tube, trach, or vent management, supported by respiratory therapists and 24/7 clinical guidance. Maintain clear care plans and physician orders while adhering to CDC safety guidelines with full PPE provided. Requires a valid New Jersey RN license, BLS CPR card, and driver's license. Weekly pay and direct deposit available.
