Job Summary
Coordinate technician schedules, match work assignments to skills and materials, and prepare technicians for service visits. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients from initial intake through project completion, responding to service requests, explaining pricing structures, and confirming appointments. Adjust schedules for emergencies or delays, communicate changes promptly, and follow up after visits to address outstanding questions. Maintain complete JobTread records, coordinate materials to reduce return visits, and handle warranty concerns with urgency. Build trust through dependable communication and genuine care for the client's experience.

- Ability to make sound decisions independently while recognizing when additional support is needed
Desired Qualifications
- Experience coordinating residential construction, remodeling, field service, warranty, property maintenance, or a similar service operation preferred
- Experience with construction management, scheduling, CRM, or field service software preferred
- Basic understanding of residential construction terminology, materials, and workflow preferred
